Ottimo collegamento con la metropolitana linea rossa U1, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Reumannplatz ( a due sole fermate dalla stazione centrale di Vienna e a 5 da Stephansplatz). Appartamento pulitissimo, organizzato bene ed in modo funzionale, letti matrimoniali (ben tre!) comodissimi. Arredamento semplice ma apprezzabilissimo. Host estremamente gentili che rispondono davvero velocemente ai messaggi e alle richieste. Supermercato BILLA a 150 metri, dove si può acquistare di tutto a buon prezzo, noi abbiamo acquistato le bottiglie di acqua, biscotti, croissant caldi, latte ed altro per la colazione e gli affettati e le baguette buonissime da preparare per il pranzo. Tutto comodo, non mancava nulla. In bagno flaconi pieni sia per il bagnoschiuma che per il sapone delle mani, fragranza non da supermercato e davvero buonissima e odorante! Macchina caffé Nespresso e molte capsule a nostra disposizione. In totale, se potessi dare il voto 11, lo darei senza pensarci due volte! Tutto perfetto, forse l'unica cosa che cambierei sono i cuscini per dormire, perché sono davvero troppo morbidi. Ma è un qualcosa che li differenzia dalle nostre abitudini.

Very clean house close to city center. Hosts guided about everything we need. Keyless entrance is a big plus. We have found ventilators for each room as well as a portable AC which helped us a lot in the heatwave we have faced in the middle of summer. There might be more bins for decomposing the trash, otherwise you have to keep separated items in plastic bags. Just to improve the experience.

Warunki komfortowe, jak we własnym domu. Bardzo czysto. Nasz pobyt rozpoczął się wieczorem, akurat był upalny dzień mieszkanie mocno się nagrzało w środku. Wentylatory, nie dawały rady. temperatura w pokojach sięgała 33 ° przez co ciężko nam było spać.

The location of the apartment is superb just 3 min walk from WIEN HBF..Just a video walk from train station to apartment will be beneficial. Just the Pillows are too soft and AC should be installed in the room ..some days it was hot.

Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich schön. Und ich durfte kochen und hatte alles was ich brauche um Geld zu sparen . hier komme ich wieder . Konnte sehr gut schlafen . Das gegen ist sehr ruhig direkt am Bahnof Ich hatte noch 2 Tage noch gehabt weil es war sehr schön

It was a great place to stay for a larger group of people. The house has everything you need, including facilities for drying boots. It’s truly just 10 minutes from the ski lift by car.

The apartment was large and bright with plenty of room for 6 people. We had 2 other people staying in another location, but the whole group met at this apartment for meals because it had a large dining area that could seat 8. Well equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed. Perfect for groups. Our group was volunteering at a non-profit nearby, so the location was very convenient. There are also many transit options to easily get to anywhere in the city quickly. No negatives.

well equipped apartman house even for larger groups and longer stay. good location, really 10 min with car to the Leogang Ski station. Shopping possibilities are close too. Nice view to the mountains.

Location was great, close to 3 stations including the main train station. The complex was super quiet and there was plenty of room for the two of us. Having a separate toilet is always an advantage and the place was decorated in a style that embraced Austrian/Vienna. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was handy as we like to cook our own food when we are away. Communication with the owner was easy and they went out of their way to assist us during our stay. We had to leave.
