The location of the apartment is superb just 3 min walk from WIEN HBF..Just a video walk from train station to apartment will be beneficial. Just the Pillows are too soft and AC should be installed in the room ..some days it was hot.

Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich schön. Und ich durfte kochen und hatte alles was ich brauche um Geld zu sparen . hier komme ich wieder . Konnte sehr gut schlafen . Das gegen ist sehr ruhig direkt am Bahnof Ich hatte noch 2 Tage noch gehabt weil es war sehr schön

It was a great place to stay for a larger group of people. The house has everything you need, including facilities for drying boots. It’s truly just 10 minutes from the ski lift by car.

The apartment was large and bright with plenty of room for 6 people. We had 2 other people staying in another location, but the whole group met at this apartment for meals because it had a large dining area that could seat 8. Well equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed. Perfect for groups. Our group was volunteering at a non-profit nearby, so the location was very convenient. There are also many transit options to easily get to anywhere in the city quickly. No negatives.

well equipped apartman house even for larger groups and longer stay. good location, really 10 min with car to the Leogang Ski station. Shopping possibilities are close too. Nice view to the mountains.

Location was great, close to 3 stations including the main train station. The complex was super quiet and there was plenty of room for the two of us. Having a separate toilet is always an advantage and the place was decorated in a style that embraced Austrian/Vienna. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was handy as we like to cook our own food when we are away. Communication with the owner was easy and they went out of their way to assist us during our stay. We had to leave.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von Freunden und hatten eine mega Zeit im Chalet! Die zwei Stockwerke sind perfekt, weil jeder genug Privatsphäre hat, aber man trotzdem gemeinsam abhängen kann. Die Ski-Garage war Gold wert – viel Platz und die Skischuhwärmer haben uns jeden Morgen gerettet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, wir konnten problemlos für die ganze Gruppe kochen. Der Check-in lief total easy über den Code, kein Stress, kein Warten. Und auch hier: Lorenz und Vincenz waren super Gastgeber – entspannt, hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung für jede Gruppe, die ein gemütliches, modernes Chalet sucht!

Wir waren eine Woche als Skigruppe im Chalet und hatten eine fantastische Zeit! Das Haus ist in echt sogar noch gemütlicher als auf den Fotos – warm, heimelig und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem😄 Der Check-in war super einfach, alles klar beschrieben, und wir konnten direkt losstarten. Für Skifahrer ist das Chalet ein echter Glücksgriff: Skiständer in der Garage, Skischuhtrockner (halleluja 🙌) und genug Platz in der Garage, um das ganze Equipment unterzubringen, ohne dass man über irgendwas drüberfällt. möchte. Voll ausgestattete Küche sogar in zweifacher Ausführung für die gemütlichen Kochabende. Die Lage ist top: In knapp 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Leogang an der Gondel – perfekt, wenn man es morgens nicht ganz so stressig angehen möchte. Und abends zurückkommen, die Schuhe auf den Trockner, und ab aufs Sofa mit Netflix oder zum Karten spielen! Ein riesiges Lob an Lorenz und Vincenz: immer erreichbar, super freundlich und mit schnellen Antworten, egal worum es ging. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The apartment is great, peaceful and quiet, lots of light. We slept well. Amenities are plentiful, there are lots of stores and food joints in the vicinity, great connection with downtown by public transport. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Nothing to write here!
